Position Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our fintech products and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading marketing efforts for online projects within the fintech sector, building and managing an effective marketing department, and driving growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Department Management:
- Lead and manage the marketing department, ensuring the development of a high-performing team.
- Build and structure an efficient marketing department to achieve company goals.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Create and execute a detailed marketing plan that aligns with the company’s objectives and market trends.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define company development directions based on market and competitive insights.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze trade across different channels, and forecast future trends.
- Use sales data to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
Brand and Portfolio Management:
- Conduct product assortment analysis and manage the brand portfolio.
- Develop and implement positioning strategies for each product.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Coordinate marketing efforts with other departments, ensuring cohesive and aligned strategies.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Allocate resources efficiently to various marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the marketing domain.
- Proven experience in leading marketing efforts for online fintech projects.
- Strong knowledge of building and managing a marketing department.
- Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital tools.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
