🇻🇳 Technical Support Engineer

đź“Ť Location: Vietnam, Da Nang

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer for an international IT company that provides services of dedicated servers, cloud technologies, load balancer, firewall, Kubernetes and monitoring services.

What you will be doing:

  • provide technical support to customers in writing;

  • diagnose hardware, software, and network failures of virtual and physical servers;

  • solve tasks related to basic system administration of servers;

  • monitor servers and network equipment;

  • work with cloud technologies.

We expect that you:

  • have an intermediate level of English or above;

  • understand the principles of network protocols and services (OSI, TCP/IP, DNS);

  • understand computer hardware;

  • attentiveness and ability to search and analyze information.

Will be an advantage if you:

  • have experience in installing Windows/Linux OS.

  • have experience with Linux operating systems and basic knowledge of working in the Linux terminal.
