Radiacode is the world's first pocket-size radiation detector and spectrometer for all natural science enthusiasts. The company is located on Cyprus and ships devices worldwide, mostly to Europe and USA. Currently, we offer three models, with more in the pipeline. There is a merch line and the Radiaverse project for our community.

About the role

We're looking for a results-driven professional to streamline our commercial activities. In this role, you will take ownership of our sales and marketing budget, ensuring that investments yield measurable outcomes in key areas, with decisions grounded in data-driven insights.

We’re a small company, so we invest in what’s already working, but we’re totally open to thoughtfully exploring new channels. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO, product, finance and technical departments to plan and execute the expansion of our commercial operations, ensuring that processes, channels, and teams evolve in alignment with the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee all commercial activities, including influencer marketing, performance, CRM, marketplace marketing, social media, PR.

2. Take a hands-on approach to managing marketing projects — generating concepts, overseeing design creatives, establishing integrations, maintaining direct communications with influencers and partners, running campaigns.

3. Manage the sales & marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

4. Provide regular reports to the C-level management.

5. Lead, expand and mentor the commercial team.

6. Conduct market research, competitive analysis and strategic planning.

Requirements

1. Strong background in digital marketing, influencer campaigns, CRM, and performance marketing.

2. Comfort with analytics tools and methodologies for evaluating campaign effectiveness.

3. Experience fostering relationships with influencers, partners, and customers.

4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

5. Experience managing a team of two or more people.

6. Ability to roll up your sleeves, especially in a small team environment where agility is key.
