🌍 Digital Marketing Analyst
📍 Location: Remote (Hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 CET)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Our client is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, hands-on experience with tracking tools, and a solid grasp of performance marketing. This role involves building insightful reports, optimizing conversion strategies, and supporting the development of analytics automation.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement measurement strategies aligned with marketing goals
Set up and test analytics/tracking systems for websites and mobile apps
Track KPIs (e.g., ROI, DAU, Retention, ARPU) and campaign performance
Develop and automate cross-channel performance reports and dashboards
Analyze data, build hypotheses, and offer actionable insights
Support conversion rate optimization through ongoing analysis
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients regularly
Collaborate with teams on analytics system improvements
We expect:
3+ years in analytics or performance roles (agency or client-side)
Experience as a Web or App Analyst with a solid digital marketing foundation
Proficient in tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, Flurry, GA, BigQuery
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret trends and dependencies
Technical mindset with knowledge of statistics and data structure
Strong communication skills and team collaboration
High attention to detail, proactive, and independent in approach
A degree (or ongoing studies) in a technical or analytical field is preferred
